Updates to Four-Year Program Plans

As part of an institution-wide curriculum revision project, the Office of the Registrar is excited to include Four-Year Program Plans requirements in DegreeWorks for all undergraduate majors.

The Four-Year Program Plans will be available for all undergraduate students to help them stay on track to complete their degree in four years. The Four-Year Program Plans will appear in the UGA Bulletin.

Instructions for Submission of Four-Year Program Plans Requirements:

1. Open the following documents:
• Instructions for Completing Four-Year Plan Requirements Template
• Undergraduate Majors List by Unit
• Four-Year Program Plan Requirements Template
• Sample “Completed” Four-Year Program Plan Requirements Template
2. Complete a Four-Year Program Plan Requirements Template for each program in your department/school/college found in the Undergraduate Majors List.
3.  Save the completed template using the full program name as found in the list.
• Example:  Accounting_BBA_FourYearPlan
4. Email all completed templates to bulletin@uga.edu by Friday, October 4, 2024.
