Banner Holds and Overrides Quiz
The Banner Hold and Overrides Quiz tests new administrative Banner users who will be processing modifications to student records. The focus of the quiz will be on the following forms in Banner: SOAHOLD (Hold Information) and SFASRPO (Student Registration Permit – Override).
Successful completion of the tutorial and quiz is required for all users requesting modify Hold Information and Registration Permits – Overrides in the Banner Student Information System.
A score of 8 out of 10 or higher is required to pass the quiz. Each question must be answered, and users may take the quiz more than once. Please review the General Administrative Banner Tutorials available on the ConnectUGA website prior to taking this quiz.
