Unofficial Transcript

Unofficial transcripts are available to current, active UGA students via the Athena student portal.

Unofficial transcripts can be viewed by former students previously assigned a MyID by reactivating their student account at UGA. To reactivate a student account, please contact the EITS Help Desk at 706-542-3106.

Viewing Unofficial Transcript in Athena

How to view your overall GPA and earned credit hours in Athena
  1. Log into Athena.
  2. Click the Student Services tile, Transcript & Enrollment Verification, and then Unofficial Transcript.
  3. Choose All Levels for the Transcript level and Unofficial Web for the Transcript type.
  4. Click the “Transcript Totals” tab.
  5. View the Overall GPA and Hours Earned.
