Beginning with fall 2023, the University of Georgia offers a Certified Electronic Diploma, or CeDiploma, to graduates. The CeDiploma appears identical to a paper diploma and will be emailed to graduates 8-10 weeks after graduation. Graduates can share their CeDiploma with third parties to validate on UGA’s webpage.

How to Access a CeDiploma

Graduates will receive an email with a link to download their CeDiploma when it is available from our trusted partner, CeCredentialTrust®. To request a new download link, graduates should use the CeCredential Trust site to resend the link.

  • The CeDiploma can be independently validated here by future employers, State Government Licensing Agencies, and any other entity seeking educational validation.
  • They are digitally signed and encrypted, providing greater trust and acceptance.
