Credit from Testing
The University of Georgia recognizes Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, SAT II, Cambridge A Level, and Cambridge AICE programs. Additional credit and exemptions can be earned by taking Departmental Placement Tests (course challenges) through the University Testing Center. Please review the links below for information on test score submission and placement credit award charts.

Students proficient in a foreign language who do not have a corresponding exam score through one of the approved credit from testing sources listed above and non-US citizens whose native language is not English should review the Academic Affairs Policy manual for additional information: Policy for Foreign Language Placement Tests, Exemption, and Credit for Undergraduate Students.
How can I see my test scores credit at UGA?
Applicants can view test scores successfully submitted to UGA on the Admissions myStatus page.
Admitted students can view test scores from the Student Information Menu in Athena. Admitted students may view DegreeWorks to see credit earned through testing.
