Fall 2020 Course Information in Athena

As a result of COVID-19, the instructional method for some fall 2020 semester classes has been adjusted to prioritize the health and safety of the campus community.

Information has been added in Athena to notify students during registration of a course’s instructional format.

Look Up Classes

All Online format

Hybrid format

Please see below for an example of how courses that have been transitioned to a “hybrid” format (a combination of online and face-to-face instruction) are displayed when using the Look Up Classes function.

Class Schedule Listing

All Online format

While using the Look Up Classes function, more information becomes available when selecting a course section’s highlighted CRN. This will display the Class Schedule Listing.
